Two Tier UK Rules
The reality Dominic Cummings
Coronavirus These posts suggest UK rules regulations appear to be two tier based in 2020. From rose garden to ridicule: how a week of disaster for Tories and Dominic Cummings unfolded
5. Durham White House
Cummings mother and father Robert and Morag own a property about one third of mile or more South of North Lodge named White House with the post code DH1 3SS this is dealt with below. With Land registry details photos and planning applications.
Dominic Cummings addressed the nation from Downing Street rose garden during this Cummings stipulated emphatically and precisely:
At this farm, my parents live in one house. My sister and her two children live in another house, and there was a separate cottage roughly 50 metres away from either of them.
It is blatantly obvious Cummings was stating his fathers Farm was North Lodge. His sister was implied to live on site along side North Lodge or within easy reach of the Lodge and separate cottage. By no stretch of the imagination could the White House be this separate cottage 50 metres away.
The location of the White House is at least one third of a mile or more South of North Lodge.According to Planning Applications there is a swimming pool on site the only logical explanation to Cummings statement is :
The green roofed building seemingly built without planning permission or registered for Council tax. Could in fact be two separate domestic living modules. Note from photos there appears to be a chimney located in the centre above a recess which may be the location for two doors, one right one left
